Yearbook of Antitrust and Regulatory Studies (YARS®) is a double peer-reviewed, open-access academic journal focusing on legal, economic and management issues of antitrust and pro-competitive regulation. YARS has been edited by the Centre for Antitrust and Regulatory Studies (CARS) and published by the University of Warsaw since 2008.

The journal does not publish sponsored issues, supplements or conference issues, nor does it have non-peer-reviewed sections. YARS also does not publish advertisements or use direct marketing tools.

YARS® (ISSN 1689-9024) is available both in printed and electronic form. The publication is free of charge. All articles are published on an open-access basis and under the Creative Commons BY 4.0 licence (https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/). Authors who publish with this journal retain all copyrights and agree to the terms of the above-mentioned licence.

YARS® is included in the list of scientific journals of the Polish Minister of Education and Science (with 40 points), is indexed in SCOPUS, HeinOnline, DOAJ, ERIHPLUS, CEJSH, and was awarded ‘Class A’ status by the Italian research agency ANVUR.
